Issada’s Baked Bronzer & Highlighter doubles beautifully as a luminous eyeshadow and can be applied either dry or wet.
For a more intense, metallic finish, dampen your brush generously before picking up the product. The wetter the brush, the richer and more reflective the colour payoff. Once applied, the shadow sets as it dries, and the product itself returns to its original baked texture.
