RETAIL SALES

I require all online customers to provide details as part of my sales process.

In my Makeup Studio, I also collect information from clients prior to consultations and recommendations.

The data collected is used to keep you informed about new products and services, confirm your appointments, and provide essential pre and post appointment information.

Contact details, including name, address, mobile number, and email, will ensure I can send any necessary information to you. Please refer to my privacy policy for more details.

REFUNDS

Please note that no refunds will be provided for products or services, including cosmetics and skincare, for change of mind.

In the case of faulty goods, I will replace the product like-for-like. If you receive faulty products, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at makeup@megandent.com.au.

Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.

Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

MAKEUP APPOINTMENTS

Below is some information regarding my in-studio makeup services:

PARKING 
All makeup appointments take place at my private makeup studio in Coorparoo unless arrangements for on-location services have been made.

 

Visitor parking is located on the left-hand side of the building. In the event that the visitor car park is full, street parking is accessible nearby.

 

Additionally, there is 2 hours of complimentary parking across the road at Coorparoo Square.

 

PAYMENT
On the day, payments for makeup services or Issada makeup + skincare products can be made using cash, EFTPOS, or credit card.

 

FORMAL MAKEUP / EVENT MAKEUP / BRIDAL TRIALS 
If you can please arrive at your makeup appointment makeup-free so I can prepare your skin before starting the application process. Typically, the entire process lasts one hour.

 

ISSADA COLOUR CONSULTATIONS
If you can please arrive makeup-free for your appointment to allow me to prepare your skin and colour-match you correctly with the Issada Mineral Makeup range. I will also provide you with a personalised face chart, detailing what colours and products are suitable for your skin tone as part of the consultation.

 

PRIVATE + GROUP MAKEUP LESSONS
Please arrive makeup-free for your lesson as I provide all the necessary brushes and makeup for you. These lessons run for 2.5 to 3 hours, during which you'll receive a personalised face chart and Makeup Guide containing detailed notes from the lesson. 

 

CANCELLATIONS

As a small business, I ask that you respect my cancellation policy as follows:

  •  No cancellations or changes are allowed within 1 week of your appointment.
  • You will receive an email reminder 1 week before your appointment. Please take this opportunity to reschedule if needed.
  • Your payment is transferable if you need to change your appointment outside the 1-week confirmation time frame.
  • Cancellations or changes made with less than 1 week notice will incur a $75 cancellation fee for Formal/Event Makeup, Bridal Trials, and Issada Colour Consultations. Wedding Makeup and all Studio Makeup Lessons will incur a $250 cancellation fee.
  • If you miss your appointment, I reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the service cost.
