Shipping policy
SHIPPING COSTS + FREE DELIVERY*
I offer a capped shipping rate of $12 for my customers, and free shipping on orders over $250*.
Please note that additional shipping fees may apply to orders being sent to remote areas or locations with less frequent delivery services within Australia.
Orders sent to PO Boxes or parcel lockers may also incur extra charges, as our standard courier services do not deliver to these addresses.
DELIVERY TIMES
Please allow 3-10 business days for delivery, depending on your location.
Deliveries to regional and remote areas may take up to 14 business days. This includes deliveries to WA from my studio in Brisbane. Deliveries are generally made between 9 am and 5 pm.
Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next business day (Monday - Friday).
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location. Delays may occur during peak periods.
All orders are processed and shipped from Brisbane, following Queensland Public Holidays.
INCORRECT DELIVERY DETAILS
Double-check your delivery details and email address before submitting your order. I cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses.
If you notice an error in your details after placing your order, please contact me immediately via email - makeup@megandent.com.au to make changes before dispatch. If the order has already been processed and shipped, I am unable to update your information.
LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please reach out to me for assistance. Email me at makeup@megandent.com.au, and I will help resolve your issue.
RETURNS
For hygiene reasons, I cannot accept returns or exchanges.
If your items are faulty, I will replace them with the same product. Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order at makeup@megandent.com.au if you have received faulty goods.
Please note: I do not refund shipping charges.
GENERAL
I am not responsible for items once they leave my studio. I cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries or missing items in transit. In such cases, please contact the delivery service directly before reaching out to me.
Always verify your delivery details before completing your order to ensure it reaches you promptly and safely. I am not liable for incorrect customer information.
