Outline the lips starting at the cupid’s bow and outer corners, then blend inward for soft definition. Wear with lipstick, gloss, or fill in the entire lip for longer-lasting colour and a fuller-looking finish.
MEGAN'S PRO TIP
For naturally fuller-looking lips, slightly overline just through the centre of the top and bottom lip (not the corners). Then softly blend the pencil inward before applying lipstick or gloss so everything melts together seamlessly.
For even longer-lasting lipstick, fill in the entire lip with your liner first to create a base for your colour to grip onto.
